For any action beyond contract fulfillment, the user must obtain written authorization from Lupain Properties S.L., being prohibited from accessing, modifying, viewing the configuration, structure, and files of servers owned by Lupain Properties S.L., assuming civil and criminal liability for any incidents that may occur in servers and security systems as a direct result of negligent or malicious actions by them.

Users will indemnify Lupain Properties S.L. for expenses resulting from Lupain Properties S.L.'s implication in any cause attributable to the user, including legal defense fees and expenses, even in the case of a non-final court decision.
Protection of Hosted Information
Lupain Properties S.L. backs up hosted content on its servers. However, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee full recovery of deleted data by users due to potential modifications or deletions since the last backup.
Offered services, except specific backup services, do not include restoration of contents from backups made by Lupain Properties S.L. if this loss is attributable to the user. In such cases, a fee will be determined based on recovery complexity and volume, subject to user acceptance.
Data restoration due to Lupain Properties S.L.'s responsibility is included in the service price.
Commercial Communications
In compliance with LSSI. Lupain Properties S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications via email or other equivalent electronic means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by recipients.
In the case of users with a prior contractual relationship, Lupain Properties S.L. is authorized to send commercial communications related to Lupain Properties S.L. products or services similar to those initially contracted with the client.
Users can request to stop receiving commercial information through Customer Service channels after verifying their identity.
